Shipping


Our free shipping threshold is $129.  Some exclusions apply for bulky items. If something you ordered isn't covered by our free shipping policy we will contact you immediately to discuss the best way to proceed.

  • Examples of bulky freight: Some instruments, some heavier items such as instrument stands, some large mutes etc. 

'Click and Collect' is available. You will be emailed as soon as your order is ready for collection with full instructions.

Australia Post and all our couriers have now moved to not requiring a signature on delivery. Where possible please provide an address that has someone available to receive parcels during business hours.

  • Please note - if you choose a courier delivery option - and use a residential delivery address, the parcel will not be shipped via courier.

  • In the event where we have a stock error, and split your shipments, we will not charge extra freight for any additional shipments/parcels. 

  • If you purchase item(s) in your order that are displaying as on backorder/special order, we will dispatch your entire shipment when the products all arrive. If you want a split shipment, you will need to pay additional postage costs.

How much is shipping?​

  • $12.50 Flat fee regular post Australia wide.
  • $17.50 Flat fee express post Australia wide.
  • Orders over $129 get FREE SHIPPING**.

All international shipping is by quote. Please contact us for an accurate estimate. Bulky items can be a significant cost, so we will endeavor to provide multiple quotes.


** Some exclusions for bulky items apply. Bulky items may include but are not limited to items such as: Music Stands, Instrument Stands, Instruments, Mutes, Sheet Music, Instrument Cases/Bags. Additional Postage Costs will be charged at actual cost less $12.50.

Overseas Shipments

You will be charged in Australian Dollars.
